| Raph has over 25 years experience in specialty retailing -- selling a wide variety of large ticket products including pianos, game room furnishings, casual furniture, and spas. He has worked as a sales consultant for more than 18 years, 13 of which were spent Brunswick Billiards. Raph has sold products and trained salespeople on the retail floor in 45 states and Canada. Raph is President of SpecLearn, which designs and administers a learning content management system. Working directly with manufacturers and specialty retailers to provide sales, product, and operational training courseware, delivers custom learning pathways for new hires and continuing education for experienced salespeople at the retail level. |
