- The BCA Expo is a business-to-business show, and is open to qualified professionals of the billiard and home recreation industries only. The BCA Expo is not open to the general public.

Please note the two categories of registration: BCA member and non-BCA member.
|
Players, league members, league operators, referees and/or Instructors are not automatically qualified to attend the Expo unless they have an active BCA Business membership.
|
- No one under the age of 18 (including infants) will be allowed in the BCA Expo exhibit
halls during installation and/or dismantling. No exceptions.

- If you are a non-BCA member, we will make every effort to qualify you, however, you must provide proof of industry affiliation when you register. Please see registration information (“Non-BCA Members”) for qualification requirements, criteria and additional information. Business cards alone will not be accepted as proof of industry affiliation.

- Children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the BCA Expo at no charge. They must have a badge issued to them and be accompanied by a badge-bearing adult at all times.

Minors between the ages of 12 and17 will be charged $25 per badge.

- Cues and cue cases will not be allowed on the Expo floor at any time by anyone other than
exhibitors. A coat check area will be available during Expo floor hours at the Charlotte
Convention Center.

- BCA Expo badges do not include entry to the GenerationPool.com 9-Ball Tournament.
Conversely, tickets to the GenerationPool.com 9-Ball Tournament do not include entry into the
BCA Expo events. To purchase tickets for the GenerationPool.com 9-Ball Championships, please

- Photography/Video Recording - Cameras and camera phones will not be permitted on the Expo floor unless permission is obtained at the W. T. Glasgow Expo Management Office, located in Room 101 of the Charlotte Convention Center. Expo Management has the right to confiscate and destroy film, and violators will be removed from the Expo floor. Digital cameras and cell phones will be held until the close of the Expo. No exhibit, performance or event presented at the 2008 BCA Expo shall be photographed, videotaped, broadcast or recorded for commercial use, sale or distribution of any kind without written consent of Expo Management or Expo Sponsor.
