Registration for the 2008 International Billiard & Home Recreation Expo is now closed. You must register at the Charlotte Convention Center.  Click here to download a registration form to fill out and bring with you
 
REGISTRATION FEES:       (onsite, after June 6, 2008)
BCA Members:
Non-BCA Members:

$25 per person
$100 per person
Registration will be located at the Front Street Entrance of the Charlotte Convention Center.

The Registration Desk will be open according to the following schedule:
Wednesday, June 11
Thursday, June 12
Friday, June 13
Saturday, June 14

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
8:00 am - 6:00 pm
8:30 am - 6:00 pm
9:00 am - 3:00 pm
ATTENDEES / BCA MEMBERS:
 
Please proceed to the BCA Member registration counter. BCA Member registration fee is $25.00 USD per person. If your membership has lapsed, you can renew at the BCA Membership desk, located adjacent to the Registration Desk, before registering for the BCA Expo.
 
ATTENDEES / NON-BCA MEMBERS:
 
Please proceed to the Non-Member registration counter. The registration fee is $100.00 USD per badge.  You will be required to provide two (2) forms of proof of industry affiliation, in English.
 
If these requirements are not met, your registration will be declined.
 
Acceptable forms of industry affiliation proof are:
  • a copy of your business license
  • a copy of a company advertisement
  • a copy of a paycheck stub with your name and the company name
  • a company check
  • a company credit card

Please also provide a business card that includes the registrant’s name and company phone number. These items must accompany the registration form, for each person that you register.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, however it is critical that all BCA Expo attendees are qualified. Our goal is to validate your company within the billiard and/or home recreation industries, and then to legitimately connect you to your company. We will make every effort to work with you, and request that you come prepared.

If you would like to become a BCA member, and receive two free registration badges, please go to the BCA Membership desk first. Then proceed to the registration counters.

 
EXHIBITORS:
 
Please proceed to the Exhibitor Registration desk and provide us with your business card. In some instances, we may need you to contact a colleague from your company, who is already on site.
 
MEDIA:
 

All Media registrants please proceed directly to the BCA Membership counter, located adjacent to the registration area. 

If you have pre-registered, you can pick up your badge holder there.   

If you are not pre-registered, you must present proper credentials to qualify for a media badge.  Please present at least two (2) of the following:

  • Business card (must show your name, company name and title)
  • Copy of publication masthead or credit roll listing name and title (must show your name and title as editorial staff).
  • Published trade/articles/photos with by-line (must be a copy of a published, industry-related article/story written by, or photos credited to you, showing your name, publication name and issue date. The article/photo must have been published within the last 6 months.).
 
Shuttle bus service will be provided between the Charlotte Convention Center and Marriott City Center on Expo show days only. That schedule is:

7:00 am - 11:00 am /4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
7:00 am - 11:00 am /4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

There will be no shuttle bus service between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.
