Before completing your registration, please read the following carefully:

• The International Billiard & Home Recreation Expo is a trade-only event and not open to the general public. Media badges will only be issued to qualified working members of the media.

• Media registrants must be approved by the BCA.

• Please submit your credentials to the BCA immediately after registering to avoid delays. See the Media Credentials/Requirements for details. Upon approval, we will issue a registration confirmation.
  
  
• If you have an exhibitor badge, you must also register as media if you wish to carry a camera at any BCA event, including the exhibit hall.
  
  
• No part of the Expo may be photographed or videotaped without the express written consent of the Billiard Congress of America. Please include your intention to photograph and/or videotape with your credentials.
  
  
• Media badges will not be mailed in advance of the Expo. You must pick up your badge at the BCA Membership Booth, located adjacent to the Registration Counter. Photo identification will be required when picking up your badge. You may not pick up another person’s badge.
  
  
• Anyone misrepresenting their position and/or organization will be removed from the Expo immediately and banned from future Expos.
  
  
• Advance registration is highly encouraged. Onsite registration may be delayed or denied if proper credentials are not provided.
